As a marketing assistant, one of the projects I worked on was leading the sub-branding project and creating the sponsorship deck for their "EDGE in Tech Symposium + Athena Awards 2024" following their brand guidelines, while supplementing with my own graphic designs I created using Adobe Illustrator. The AI lecture series was seminar series held at Sutardja dai Hall at UC Berkeley on current trends, information technology and society from 5 different distinguished academic, industry and civic leaders.
As the events promoter, I led a mailchimp email camaign, tracked interactions across different social media accounts and event registration rates
Highlights:
- Over 200 event registrations for both online and in-person attendees
- 8 Private Sector attenddes, 14 Academia Faculty, 43 students , 7 academia staff and 2 Government affliated event participation (in-person)
- Jaron Lainer's talk had 13.3k Youtube views
The Tech Musuem is a gallery space in UC Berkeley campus, Sutardja Dai Hall that displays projects and research from the CITRIS community including prototypes, hands-on displays and interactive demos. The Tech Museum is a physical space marketing tool to bring executive-level donors and philanthropists to support the start-ups and research from the CITRIS community. The project display here the most recent design for Clarity (company that creates air-sensing hardwares and technology).
